UCANweb does not provide
any equipment for upgrading personal
computers or networking. All clients
must purchase the required hardware
and software prior to any service
call.
For the protection of our clients,
UCANweb has chosen not to provide
hardware and software purchasing for
our clients for the following reasons:
- No Price Inflation
When purchasing hardware and/or
software through a company, there
is a possibility of clients being
oversold on hardware and/or software.
By purchasing the equipment themselves,
clients can be sure that they pay
only for the hardware needed instead
of an inflated price.
- Guaranteed Warrantee
When purchasing hardware or software,
clients will be able to take advantage
of the warrantee directly from the
product vendor.
- Competitive pricing
Some companies may not shop around
to find you the best prices available.
Since UCANweb doesn't purchase hardware
and/or software, we instead offer
clients links to Web sites and local
store locations where the best hardware
and/or software deals can be found.
- Know what you're getting
When a client purchases the
hardware and/or software for their
machine directly, they know that
their machine will be using quality
parts/software instead of older
hardware taken from another PC or
illegally copied software.
